Project Overview
Th3rd Dimension Media was commissioned by Lincoln Place to capture aerial perspectives of a proposed premium over-50s land lease community north of Townsville. Using helicopter-mounted photography and cinematography, we delivered a sweeping visual overview of the site, highlighting its scale, location, and development potential.
The resulting content was crafted for marketing, stakeholder engagement, and promotional use, forming part of Lincoln Place’s announcement of the project. Both photo and video assets were prioritised for quick delivery to support early-stage communications.
