This national event brought together stakeholders, policymakers, producers, and supporters of the agriculture sector for a full-day conference and gala celebration at the prestigious InterContinental Hayman Island.

Our Role
Our experienced team included a Director of Photography, Chief Drone Pilot, multiple videographers and photographers, a dedicated media assistant, and on-site editors. Together, we provided comprehensive, unobtrusive coverage of the conference and gala proceedings, working closely with stakeholders and sponsors to ensure their presence and branding were captured accurately and creatively.
With editing underway while filming continued, we were able to export and deliver a social-ready recap reel and image sets before guests had even departed. This rapid turnaround ensured media teams, journalists, and stakeholders had immediate access to coverage aligned with national press distribution timelines.
