From your first enquiry to your final gallery, we make the process seamless, supportive, and stress‑free.
Before your Wedding
We’ll meet (in person or via Google Meet) to confirm key details, timelines, must‑have shots, and music choices for your film. You’ll also receive guidance on run sheets, lighting, and group photo lists.
On the Day
We arrive prepared, professional, and ready to adapt to whatever unfolds. We work discreetly alongside your other suppliers, capturing natural moments while keeping things calm and enjoyable.
After Wedding Day
Sneak peek images are delivered within 24 hours. Your trailer film (if included) arrives within 7 days. Full galleries and films are delivered in approximately 8 weeks via your keepsake USB and personalised online gallery.

Yes — we are fully licensed, insured, and CASA-certified for commercial drone use. We also hold current public liability insurance and all relevant professional qualifications.
Can we customise a wedding package to suit our day?
Of course. While our carefully curated packages suit most weddings, we’re happy to create a bespoke photo, video, or combined package tailored to your celebration — whether it’s a multi-day event, intimate elopement, or something entirely unique.
Do you include drone coverage in wedding packages?
Yes. Drone footage is included in all full-day photography + videography packages (weather and location permitting). We are CASA-licensed and can advise on any venue or location flight restrictions in advance.
How long will you be there on the wedding day?
We don’t set strict hourly limits — it’s your wedding day, not a timed session. We’re there to capture everything from morning preparations to your last dance, ensuring nothing important is missed.
When will we receive our wedding photos and films?
Sneak peek images are delivered within 24 hours, trailers (if included) within 7 days, and your full gallery and films are typically ready within 8–10 weeks.
