Can you deliver conference photos and video on the same day?
Yes. We plan priority photo selects, short video edits and other agreed media for same-day delivery using onsite or remote editors. The brief sets the number of assets, formats, approval process and release deadlines, so expectations are clear before the conference begins.
Can you record full keynote sessions and panel discussions?
Yes. Speaker and panel recording can be planned alongside creative event coverage. We agree camera positions, recording requirements and audio access with the organiser and AV team. Full session edits have their own delivery schedule unless specifically included in the same-day brief.
Do you work with our existing venue and AV team?
Yes. We coordinate capture with your organiser, venue and AV supplier, including the run sheet, stage lighting, screen content, camera positions and available audio feeds. Live-to-screen or streaming requirements are confirmed during pre-production.
Can you cover regional or destination conferences?
Yes. TDM covers conferences and industry forums across Queensland and can travel for destination productions. Crew, travel, media handling and connectivity are planned around the location. Uplink options are assessed rather than assumed.
What do you need to quote conference media coverage?
Send your event dates, venue, draft program, audience size and required photography and video deliverables. Flag any simultaneous sessions, evening functions, interviews and same-day deadlines so we can recommend an appropriate crew and editing workflow.
